Job summary

MAU is seeking an Associate Relations Leader to support personnel at client sites, focusing on payroll, performance coaching, data analytics, and attendance tracking. You will manage HR functions and ensure KPIs are met.

Responsibilities include onboarding, documentation, time and attendance audits, and safety initiatives, with daily use of MS Office and ATS. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with flexibility and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of professional experience in human resources/employee relations or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Experience handling difficult situations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three+ years in manufacturing supervisory role or HR preferred.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Data analysis experience and Lean Greenbelt would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and onboard MAU associates onsite at client locations.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation and records for each employee, including absences and terminations.
• Run payroll processes to ensure timely payment of associates.
• Audit time records and attendance for accuracy.
• Support safety audits and data analytics to improve performance.
• Communicate with recruiting personnel and provide updates on staffing.
