Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for general labor roles.
• Screen applicants via phone and in person.
• Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client site supervisors.
• Monitor performance and coach underperforming employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
