Qualifications

MAU is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the critical link between our customer, onsite workforce, and internal teams. As the face of MAU onsite, you'll build trusted customer relationships, support workforce operations, drive recruiting and retention efforts, and ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations.

What You'll Do
Customer & Account Management
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customer leadership and operations teams
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers and proactively address workforce needs
  • Regularly review staffing requirements, workforce performance, and operational priorities with customer stakeholders
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and maintain consistent follow-through on commitments
Associate Engagement & Workforce Management
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and support associates to meet customer staffing demands
  • Create an engaging and positive employee experience from recruiting through assignment completion
  • Act as a trusted resource and advocate for associates while maintaining accountability and compliance
  • Conduct associate check-ins, facilitate team meetings, and support employee retention initiatives
  • Notify employees regarding assignment changes, completions, and employment-related matters
Operations, Safety & Compliance
  • Manage attendance tracking, payroll verification, employee documentation, and timekeeping processes
  • Administer company policies, performance counseling, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Conduct incident investigations and ensure timely reporting of workplace accidents and safety concerns
  • Perform safety audits and promote a culture of accountability and compliance
  • Support unemployment hearings, workers' compensation activities, and HR-related processes as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery
  • Partner with leadership to implement solutions that improve workforce performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, or related experience; OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 4-5+ years of Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing customer, client, or stakeholder relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
  • Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Root cause analysis experience
  • Staffing industry, manufacturing, HR, or production leadership experience

Work Environment or Working Conditions

The working conditions and environments are created by our customers’ facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature-controlled environments to GMP clean room required.

Physical Demands

This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to lift 5-20 lbs on occasion

Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours

Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day

Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
