Responsibilities

• Support hiring needs by high-volume sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for data center and engineering support roles.
• Conduct end-to-end recruiting activities including interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Leads to ensure successful hand-off through the recruitment process.
