Qualifications

ABOUT THIS JOBWe’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of roles and departments. In this position, you’ll evaluate candidates, and guide the interview process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to create a professional and welcoming experience for every candidate while keeping hiring teams informed and the recruiting process moving forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome candidates to the office, conduct office tours, and be their main point of contact during on-site visits.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and follow-up.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall alignment with the role.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries, recommendations, and relevant interview insights.

Write, update, and post job descriptions across job boards and internal recruiting channels.

Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.

Manage candidate pipelines, track recruiting activity, and ensure accurate and timely updates within recruiting systems and internal documentation.

Gather interview feedback, identify delays or concerns, and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.

Guide candidates through assessments, interviews, offer stages, and pre-employment requirements.

Support offer development and extend verbal and written offers in coordination with hiring managers and leadership.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation, market conditions, and recruiting best practices.

Ensure candidates receive a professional, organized, and positive experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Support employer-branding initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple roles.

Ability to independently manage several open positions, competing priorities, and hiring deadlines.

Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify qualifications, potential concerns, and overall fit.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and providing clear, well-supported hiring recommendations.

Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and approachable style.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in candidate tracking, scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Comfortable using applicant tracking systems.

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify challenges and keep hiring processes moving.

Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
