Job summary

Hope Human Services in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support the local HR team with recruiting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process.

Cross-training will include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, and HRIS entry, helping to achieve recruiting goals while ensuring data confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruiting or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and timely response to requests.
• Respect diversity and treat others with respect without prejudice.
• Clear and well-organized verbal and written communication.
• Computer-literate; HRIS, MS Word/Excel and e-mail.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage workload and projects.
• Able to pass a Washington background check and maintain clearance.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The HR Recruiter position will have a focus on recruiting by screeningapplicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interviewprocess. To succeed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, able to speak to ahigh volume of applicants daily and should be familiar with using HR softwareand data tracking tools.
Cross training will include working with the local HR coordinator to learn thedaily HR processes to include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping,file maintenance, and HRIS entry. Ultimately, you should be able to contributeto the attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall results of the HRdepartment.

Wage Range:

$21.00 - $22.0 /per hour
