Job summary

Source2 is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to work directly with the client's HR team in Waco, TX. You will conduct face-to-face interviews, screen candidates, and participate in new hire orientation, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

This onsite role requires daily presence at the client location. Candidates should have recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; compensation includes hourly pay with commission potential and

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Experience conducting new hire orientation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews face-to-face.
• Collaborate with client’s HR team and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with hiring manager to identify top candidates and referrals.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate statuses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
