Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate team in Waco, Texas. This on-site role focuses on finding Directors in new office locations, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and Indeed, and conducting the initial interview as part of our hiring process.

You will drive a strong talent pipeline to attract, hire, and retain top performers. The position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition Specialists and offers compensation with bonus

Qualifications

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen candidates resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting methods.
• Assess knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team.
• Build influential candidate relationships during selection.
• Message candidates via LinkedIn and schedule interviews.
