Job summary

hire Our People. Your Solution. is seeking an onsite recruiter to support a staffing team in Fort Worth, Texas, managing the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through onboarding and ongoing client communication.

You will source, screen, interview, coordinate schedules, and maintain candidate records in the ATS while meeting daily and weekly activity goals. Build strong candidate pipelines and nurture client relationships to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required.
• HS diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Business/HR preferred.
• 1+ year recruiting experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for client needs.
• Meet daily and weekly recruiting activity goals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Develop client relationships and provide updates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding.
