Job summary

Source2 is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to work directly with the client's HR team in Waco, TX. You will conduct face-to-face interviews, screen candidates, and participate in new hire orientation, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

This onsite role requires daily presence at the client location. Candidates should have recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; compensation includes hourly pay with commission potential and

Onsite Recruiter

Are you a recruiter who has previous experience working to hire quality candidates? Do you have prior experience scheduling, conducting face-to-face interviews, or leading new hire orientation? If you are someone who thinks quickly on their feet and has a drive for achieving results, then we have an opportunity for you!
As one of our Onsite Recruiters, you will be responsible for working directly with our client's internal HR team, interviewing candidates face-to-face, making the hiring decision, and conducting new hire orientation. In this role, you will represent our client's brand and deliver high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

This position requires working out of our client's location in Waco, TX. This role will need to work onsite 5-days per week.
The pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hour, based on experience. This position will also be eligible for commission.

What you’ll do

• Candidate pre-screening, interviewing, and new hire decision-making
• Partner and build positive relationships with client's internal HR team and hiring managers
• Work directly with the hiring manager to identify and speak with top performing employees to obtain quality referrals
• Update applicant tracking systems and candidate dispositions
• Additional related duties as requested by your direct supervisor

Who you are

• Ability to work full-time onsite at our client's location in Waco, TX.
• Degree of study in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Prior recruiting, face-to-face interviewing, and orientation experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary for candidate interviewing, assessment, and daily client interaction
• Client-focused and able to make solid decisions independently with minimal supervision
• Have a dedication to achieving successful outcomes, be adaptive in times of change, and provide creative solutions in the face of roadblocks
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Teams, Word, Excel), comfortable moving between multiple technologies often.
