• MS Office and Excel require 4 years of experience.
• Spanish language skills with 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Update attendance reports, provide coverage for outages as needed, and distribute reports to managers and supervisors.
• Correct time-clock punches for employees with missed entries.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and report GMP, PPE, or safety violations.
• Complete incident or injury reports as they arise.
• Recruit and maintain a pipeline of standby personnel for coverage.
• Update the recruiting tracker daily.
• Distribute check stubs and physical checks.
