iLink Business Management, Inc. is seeking an onsite Recruiter in Torrance, CA to support hiring across manufacturing, production, and logistics. This full-time role combines candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining employee files while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The position focuses on moving candidates through the recruiting process and addressing payroll questions, ensuring new and current associates are set up for success with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• 1-2 years of onsite recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends with a flexible schedule.
• Own vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, screen, recruit, and interview candidates.
• Review resumes and support selection decisions.
• Complete new-hire paperwork for qualified candidates.
• Conduct drug screens and background checks.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Oversee active associates and payroll questions.
• Maintain employee files and documentation.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
• Communicate with customers by email and phone.
• Attend and schedule job fairs.
• Collect time and submit to payroll.
