iLink Business Management, Inc. is seeking an onsite Recruiter in Torrance, CA to support hiring across manufacturing, production, and logistics. This full-time role combines candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining employee files while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The position focuses on moving candidates through the recruiting process and addressing payroll questions, ensuring new and current associates are set up for success with occasional overtime.

Competenze

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• 1-2 years of onsite recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends with a flexible schedule.
• Own vehicle is preferred.

iLink Business Management, Inc. is hiring an Onsite Recruiter in Torrance, CA to support hiring and ongoing associate needs across manufacturing, production, and logistics companies. This full-time role combines candidate sourcing and interviewing with onboarding, employee file maintenance, and regular coordination with internal teams and customers.

The position focuses on moving candidates through the recruiting process and ensuring new and current associates are set up for success, including staffing support, payroll questions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
• Review and analyze resumes to support selection decisions
• Complete new-hire paperwork for candidates who meet expectations for the job
• Conduct drug screens and background checksli>
• On-board and train new employees
• Oversee all active associates, including staffing needs and payroll questions
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Maintain employee files accurately and keep documentation up to date
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Contact and communicate with customers via email and phone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Attend and schedule job fairs
• Collect time and submit it to payroll
• Meet the needs and questions of current and future employees

Requirements

• Bilingual is required (English and Spanish)
• 1-2 years experience in an onsite recruiting role
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends with a flexible schedule
• Own vehicle

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• 8 hour shift, day shift
• 5 AM to 3 PM plus overtime as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability at times

Compensation and Benefits

• $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (DOE)
