Job summary

Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for teams in Ontario, CA onsite. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with an 8AM to 5PM schedule and occasional overtime on weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in‑house or staffing).
• Experience posting jobs for social media recruitment.
• Experience with job fairs.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Design and implement recruiting strategy.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
• Document job requirements and objectives.
• Post roles to job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other sources.
• Source and recruit via databases and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable tools and within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees and integrate them swiftly.
• Deliver recruiting analytics and reports to the team.
• Build relationships with candidates throughout selection.
• Support the company’s reputation as a best place to work.
• Complete and review payroll for temporary employees.
