iLink Business Management is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for light industrial and logistics roles in Oxnard. This on-site role requires English and Spanish fluency and involves travel to client locations as needed.

Competenze

1–2 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency or high-volume hiring preferred).
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
On-site full-time work requirement.
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics recruiting preferred.

Mansioni

Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and logistics roles.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
Conduct high-volume screening and interviews in both languages.
Work in-office daily to support recruiting operations and team collaboration.
Travel to client sites to support hiring needs, orientations, and workforce management.
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings.
Partner with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
Ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
