Job summary

Approved Hr Inc is hiring a Recruiter for an onsite full-time, long-term position in La Puente, CA (91744). You will manage recruiting activities from screening through hiring coordination, with a 1st shift (8 AM to 5 PM).

Responsibilities include candidate screening, job description development, and collaboration with department managers to define requirements. Strong English/Spanish communication and office software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including office recruitment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, fluency in writing and speaking.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage stressed customers.
• Experience with customer support.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to create and maintain filing systems.
• Implement standard office procedures and operate office equipment.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, responsibility and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
• Process orders and modifications to support daily customer needs.
• Identify future hiring needs and help develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.
• Collaborate with department managers to compile required qualifications.
• Attract candidates using databases, online forums, and social media.
• Conduct interviews and screen applicants for open positions.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Complete a profile in the internal system for new hires.
• Provide recruitment reports to support the company’s employer image.
