Job summary

Volt Workforce Solutions seeks an Onsite Recruiter to support client hiring and daily staffing operations in New Ulm, MN. You will own recruiting on-site and serve as the primary contact for client leadership and HR teams.

Responsibilities include managing attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance, while maintaining a strong floor presence and proactive staffing improvements. This role emphasizes collaboration, candidate sourcing, and strong service delivery on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS, and timekeeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting and strengthen client partnerships through high-quality on-site services.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams.
• Oversee daily staffing operations, including attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and reduce turnover.
• Maintain a visible floor presence to support associates and client supervisors.
• Run employee check-ins and manage engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using diverse channels and sourcing approaches.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, screenings, and site tours.
• Manage candidate flow from check-in through tours, start dates, orientations, and first-day success.
• Handle associate relations, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct onboarding, orientations, and site-specific training for new employees.
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting and strengthen client partnerships through high-quality on-site services
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams
• Oversee daily staffing operations, including attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and take proactive steps to reduce turnover
• Maintain a consistent, visible floor presence to support associates and client supervisors
• Run regular employee check-ins and manage engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives
• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing approaches
• Coordinate onsite interviews, screenings, and site tours
• Manage candidate flow from check-in through tours, start dates, orientations, and first-day success
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct onboarding, orientations, and site-specific training for new employees
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities
