Responsibilities

  • Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client positions.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting activities and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
  • Work onsite at client locations to support daily staffing and workforce needs.
  • Communicate regularly with client managers regarding staffing requirements, open positions, attendance, and employee performance.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding requirements.
  • Ensure candidates are properly prepared for their first day of work.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor employee attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and turnover.
  • Assist with employee questions and resolve staffing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and communicate company/client policies and expectations.
  • Follow up with new hires and client contacts to ensure successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, temporary employees, and client representatives.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, retention, and service-level goals.
  • Ensure all recruiting and onboarding activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with other recruiting and administrative duties as needed.
