You will manage candidate communications, onboarding steps, and collaboration with client teams to meet staffing goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong stakeholder relationships.

Volt is immediately hiring an Remote Recruiter - East Coast. We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team and support hiring needs. In this role, you'll connect top talent with meaningful opportunities while partnering closely with our clients to provide exceptional results and effective on-site management for our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and site tours.
• Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management experience
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools)

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $65,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
