Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a QCC Technician for an onsite, three-month contract in our Build/Configuration Centre. You will configure day-to-day orders, customize hardware and software per client instructions, and ensure compliance with our SLAs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience, can work under pressure, communicates clearly with teammates, and uses Service Now to track tickets in real time. This role requires punctuality, adaptability, and a strong quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure day-to-day orders on the build/configuration team per client specs.
• Interface with internal contacts to enable customized configuration and delivery.
• Escalate technical or process issues promptly to the manager.
• Adhere to Blue Mantis quality system standards and processes.
• Update Service Now tickets in real time to ensure SLA accuracy.
• Perform remote setup of client devices per documented processes.
