Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an onsite technical professional for a 3-month contract in the Build/Configuration Centre. The role focuses on configuring orders, following client-specific requirements, and maintaining QA records.

You will report to the Manager - Build / Configuration Centre and work with diverse internal teams. Candidates should have hardware experience, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills to interact with co-workers and management.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining client standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Experience with micro computer hardware configuration / testing.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and apply problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new technical procedures and adhere to quality verification.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal contacts to configure and deliver orders per client instructions.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to client requirements.
• Escalate any technical or process issues to the manager promptly.
• Adhere to Coreio quality system standards and processes.
• Maintain client documentation and QA check sheets accurately.
• Use D2001, activate orders timely, and update QA notes.
• Comply with telephony, Email, dress code and overall work ethic.
