Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an onsite technical specialist for a 3 month contract in the Build/Configuration centre. You will work in a fast-paced environment and ensure orders are configured and delivered per client instructions.

The role reports to the Manager - Build / Configuration Centre and requires strong hardware knowledge, problem solving, and the ability to follow technical documentation precisely. Based in Portsmouth, NH, this contract offers hourly compensation and immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal contacts to configure and deliver orders per client instructions.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to client specifications.
• Timely escalate to the manager any technical or process issues.
• Adhere to quality system standards and processes.
• Maintain client documentation and QA check sheets properly.
• Use D2001 correctly, activate orders timely, and update QA notes.
• Comply with telephony, email, dress code and work-ethic standards.
