Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Onsite PWA Site Administrator isresponsible for ensuring full compliance with Prevailing Wage andApprenticeship (PWA) requirements on federally and/or state funded constructionprojects. This role provides hands-on, onsite oversight of certified payroll,workforce classifications, apprenticeship ratios, and labor compliancedocumentation.

PrevailingWage & Compliance Oversight

• Ensurecompliance with Davis-Bacon Act, IRA labor provisions, and/or applicable stateprevailing wage laws
• Verifyproper worker classifications based on actual duties performed onsite
• Monitorapprentice-to-journeyman ratios and confirm registered apprenticeshipparticipation
• Confirmrequired wage determinations and labor postings are displayed onsite
• Conductlabor interviews/audits as required

WorkforceTracking & Documentation

• Maintain daily onsite workforce logs by classification
• Cross-reference onsite labor with submitted payroll reports
• Maintain organized compliance files including:
  • CPRsand Statements of Compliance
  • Apprenticeshipagreements
  • Correctionand back wage records

Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for labor compliance matters
• Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, and complianceleadership
