Job summary

ProScore Technologies LLC is seeking an Onsite PWA Site Administrator in Juniata County, PA to oversee prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance on funded construction projects. The role involves hands-on review of certified payrolls, worker classifications, and labor postings onsite.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, and strong attention to detail, with experience using compliance tracking systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, IRA provisions, and state PWA laws.
• Verify worker classifications based on actual duties performed onsite.
• Monitor apprentice-to-journeyman ratios and apprenticeship participation.
• Confirm wage determinations and labor postings are displayed onsite.
• Conduct payroll audits and onsite interviews as required.
• Maintain daily workforce logs by classification and cross-reference payroll.
• Prepare compliance files (CPRs, apprenticeship agreements, back wage records).
• Serve as onsite point of contact for labor compliance with subcontractors and leadership.
• Support audits by Owner, GC, DOL, and third-party auditors.
• Assist onboarding of subcontractors for compliance readiness.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on compliance.
• Utilize compliance tracking systems (e.g., ProScore) for reporting.
