PeakMade Real Estate in Atlanta seeks an onsite Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing for off-campus student housing. You will collaborate with the property manager to execute events, campaigns, and resident programs that align with the PeakMade brand and revenue goals.

You will lead leasing staff, provide stellar customer service, and oversee tours, renewals, and move-ins. Proficiency with social media and office software is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend/evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade brand.
• Plan and execute lease-ups, renewal parties and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew units in person, by phone, or online; manage move-in/out events.
