Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Midland, Michigan. You will handle daily financial operations, rent collection, and support the property team to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with YARDI or similar property software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience: YARDI, E Site, etc.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily transactions and tasks related to financial operations by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, and preparing deposits and reports.
• Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records; communicate with residents on balances and delinquencies.
• Process resident move outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance and ensure completion.
• Highlight community features and benefits to promote the property.
• Support resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and assisting with resolution.
• Act as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
