Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager with financial experience for our property in Austin, TX. The role involves managing daily financial operations and resident relations to ensure smooth community performance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and YARDI/E Site. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site).

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent and other payments; prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review vendor invoices and process payments.
• Communicate with residents about balances and delinquencies.
• Process move-outs per lease terms and notices.
• Coordinate with maintenance to fulfill service requests.
• Assist as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
