Job summary

PTLA Real Estate Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee two apartment communities (89 units) with a strong focus on leasing and resident services. The role requires live onsite at the property and reliable transportation.

Key duties include managing leasing, coordinating with the Portfolio Manager on pricing, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining property standards and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience.
• Experience with Entrata property management system is a plus.
• Must live onsite at the designated property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Work with Portfolio Manager to optimize new leases and renewals pricing.
• Develop and execute plans to align property goals with company objectives.
• Model strong customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Oversee administrative and financial reporting with Accounting.
