Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, drive leasing performance, and develop annual operating plans. A strong emphasis on resident relations and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; supervise leasing and maintenance.
• Develop yearly budgets, cost controls, and revenue improvements.
• Execute marketing plans and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, safety, and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and maintain resident relations and retention.
