Job summary

PTLA Real Estate Group seeks a Community Manager to oversee two apartment communities totaling 89 units. The role focuses on leasing and resident services, working with owners and upper management to hit operating goals.

You will live onsite at the designated property and coordinate with the Portfolio Manager to optimize pricing and occupancy. Key duties include managing leasing, resident relations, marketing, and vendor relations, while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience.
• Entrata property management system experience is a plus.
• Must live onsite at designated property.

Responsibilities

• Manages leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Works closely with the Portfolio Manager to optimize new lease and renewal pricing.
• Develops strategies and action plans to align property goals with company goals.
• Exhibits role model behavior in customer service and professionalism.
• Oversees community administrative and reporting functions; coordinates with Accounting for financial reporting.
• Maintains property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing and Employment laws by the team.
• Completes additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager.
