Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, under Regional Manager supervision. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires on-site leadership, regular attendance, and effective budgeting, with a path toward growth within Asset Living’s nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff supervision.
• Experience with leasing, maintenance, and finances for housing communities.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports.
• Market and lease units to ensure occupancy and NOI.
