Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an on-site Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will focus on budgeting, marketing, resident relations, and emergency response, with responsibilities for leasing, staff development, and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; four years housing industry experience acceptable.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; on-site software familiarity encouraged.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community.
• Supervise staff and manage leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Develop budgets, monitor finances, and ensure compliance.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety and liability controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
