Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Orlando to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive customer service and financial performance. The role oversees leasing, maintenance, and compliance while promoting a high-quality living experience for residents.

The position requires a 3–4 year track record in property management, 2+ years of leadership, and strong budgeting/financial reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3-4 years of property management experience requested.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles expected.
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, and marketing performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all on-site staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, variance reporting, and assist in property budget development.
• Direct daily property operations, inspections, market surveys, and execution of the marketing plan.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable regulations.
