Horizon Realty Advisors LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, drive customer service, and optimize financial performance across properties. You will supervise daily activities, manage leasing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a high-quality living experience for residents.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and tenant relations skills, with a focus on meeting company standards and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of property management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing and leasing performance.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, AR/AP, variance reporting, and budget development.
• Direct daily property operations through inspections, market surveys, and marketing plan execution.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations including Fair Housing and ensure compliance across operations.
