You will assist the Property Manager with marketing, operations, and financial activities for a single property or portfolio, ensuring tenant needs are met and services comply with policies and standards. The role involves vendor coordination, routine inspections, budget support, accurate reporting, and collaboration with the tenant improvement team.

Qualifications

• Assists in property management operations and activities.
• Supports budgeting and vendor invoicing processes.
• Lends support in reporting and inspections as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure service levels meet policies and standards.
• Assist with periodic property inspections and recommend maintenance or reconditioning.
• Review and process vendor invoices and assist with budget and expense reporting.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and space walks with tenants and internal teams.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and assist with data gathering for AR aging and budget inputs.
• Support in maintaining standard CBRE procedures and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
