Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Orlando, FL to motivate Leasing Consultants, analyze market data, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will oversee rent collection, leasing, and resident relations to maintain occupancy and budget goals.

The role requires 1+ year in property management, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate
• High school diploma required, post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted in accounting system
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager to meet community guidelines
• Review and approve applications; verify proof of income and adherence to qualification guidelines
• Audit move-ins; ensure all payments, leases, and documents are uploaded
• Verify residents' current and future scheduled billing is correct
• Prepare monthly reports following company guidelines
• Assist with understanding the property budget and bill uploads for approval
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation
• Assist with leasing and take property tours
• Handle escalated service requests and maintain customer service standards
• Collaborate with property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Assist with hosting resident functions and renewals
• May need to work one weekend per month
