Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~20% via car or plane.
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel) and strong computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and budgets; monitor reports and vendor invoices.
• Retain residents through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff; conduct evaluations.
