Job summary

HOA Talent seeks an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential condominium association in Boynton Beach. You will act as the primary liaison between the board, homeowners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with bylaws and policies. The role requires hands-on management of building systems and capital projects, with attention to timely audits and insurance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets and reports.
• Experience with HOA/condo/community management preferred.
• Professional certifications CMCA/AMS/CAM strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily condo association operations and governance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, and provide financial reports.
• Coordinate audits, reserve studies, and insurance renewals.
• Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, and performance.
• Maintain documentation for contracts, permits, and warranties.
• Serve as liaison to Board, homeowners, and vendors.
