Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, schedule work, and ensure timely completion of projects across community properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.

The incumbent will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with management and vendors, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering reliable, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Experience directing or supervising maintenance employees.
• Thorough working knowledge of general electrical repair, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, building controls, carpentry, drywall, painting, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair practices within homeowners associations, condominium associations, apartments, or multifamily communities.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, train, coach, and evaluate employees.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the maintenance team and set performance expectations.
• Develop technician schedules for routine operations and emergencies.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing development of maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues with HR.
• Ensure work orders, inspections, and reports are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracted services.
