Job summary

Creative Management Company on-site manager to maintain the day-to-day operations of the community. You will supervise a maintenance crew, work with contractors for construction/repairs, and enforce HOA deed restrictions while coordinating closely with the Board and residents.

Responsibilities include assigning work orders, verifying payroll with the management company, addressing resident inquiries, obtaining bids, preparing packets for Board meetings, and drafting the annual budget.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of property management or HOA experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to liaise with residents, HOA board and contractors
• Experience reviewing bids and coordinating maintenance
• Payroll coordination experience with management company

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

Perform property manager functions as outlined in the job description to maintain the integrity of the community. Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings. Do property inspections on a weekly basis. Review and code invoices.
