Job summary

ACCESS MANAGEMENT is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager in Palm Bay, FL. The role oversees the community operations, budgeting, vendor contracts, and board communications to maintain property appearance and compliance.

You will manage administrative duties, inspections, and the association’s financial oversight while coordinating with homeowners, board members, and committees to ensure smooth facility operations and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, board members and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Vantaca software experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication demonstrated in reports, emails and board meetings.
• Ability to make sound business decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the community per management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Association Board and homeowners as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, vendor management and procurement processes.
• Review financial reports and ensure timely board reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, enforcement actions, and capital expenditure recommendations.
