Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of on-site assistant manager or facilities coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and client documents.
• Oversees field activities related to covenants.
• Manages homeowner relations and service requests.
• Performs daily property inspections.
• Coordinates insurance requirements and vendor oversight.
• Assists in budget development and monthly reporting.
• Maintains safety procedures and a safe work environment.
