Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, ensure lease enforcement, and drive occupancy and revenue goals across a portfolio of multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee cash handling.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, notices, and evictions when needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
