Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in property management or related field.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards in residential housing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing and appliances.
• Repair interior and exterior features such as doors, windows, walls and fixtures.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain safety and report hazards or compliance issues.
