Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in property management or related field.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (golf carts on site).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Repair interior/exterior features (doors, windows, flooring, fixtures).
• Prepare vacant units (paint, clean, repair).
• Conduct property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-call as required.
