Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to handle property maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across a Lease-Up property in San Diego. Schedule varies, including on-call, with weekday shifts and some weekends.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and coordination with vendors. Housing discount offered; EPA certifications and driver’s license required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Lease up experience preferred.
• Happy co experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists in make-ready process for vacant units and moves-ins.
• Tracks inventory and requests re-orders as needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
