Greystar in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Alta City Side. This role performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition, meeting safety, cleanliness, and operation standards.

You diagnose issues, complete make‑readies for new residents, manage inventories, and support safety programs. EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II/Universal) and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II/Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate on-site equipment.
• Flexibility for evenings/weekends on-call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose sources of defects and perform repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Make-readies for vacant apartments and schedule vendors for repairs.
• Maintain inventory, document work orders, and support safety programs.
