Greystar in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring community buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, prepare vacant units, inspect, maintain HVAC and tools, assist budget planning, and uphold safety policies.

A high school diploma and EPA Type I/II or Universal certification are required, with hands-on maintenance experience and strong customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent management.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and repair building systems, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards.
• Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks; coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for repairs and projects.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and OSHA regulations are adhered to.
