Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building systems and grounds at a Nashville property. The role includes diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory control, and collaboration with vendors. Must hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and safety codes.
• Finish make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials and inventory; coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-ordering needs.
