Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Chamberlain House in Nashville. You will perform mechanical and preventive maintenance to keep the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities safe and functional.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues from work orders, completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and documenting work. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid state and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Ability to complete make-ready and preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on property systems.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and prep for leasing.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory; document work orders.
• Assist in groundskeeping and common area maintenance as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA requirements.
